Anhui Heli Co.,Ltd. Hefei Casting & Forging Factory(Heli Foundry) is founded in 1958,is a key enterprise of Anhui Heli Co.,Ltd. It’s a large scale casting production and industry training base in East China with international advanced casting techonology.Currently,Heli Foundry have almost one thousand employees,it owns the 3D design and manufacturing capability based on the platform of solidworks.Its strong capabilty includes tooling design and manufacturing,casting production and machining,painting and casting packing and shipping.

Currently,Heli Foundry owns various foundry technologies, such as Vacuum foundry,lost foam foudnry,green sand foundry,resin sand foundry and 3D print.It mainly produce castings for forklift truck and relevant industrial vehicles,construction machinery,agricultural machinery, special operational vehicle, and rail transit.Its products have been exported to Europe, US, Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan and Australia.Heli Foundry have 8 automatic casting line, it had formed 35 thousand tons green sand casting ,15 thousand tons resin sand,20 thousand tons vertical line casting,10 thousand tons lost foam casting and 140 thousand tons vacuum casting capacity,total capacity reach 220 thousand tons
